How to Reset the Quantity of a Product to Zero:

1.  Open the Shopkite Merchant app
2. Tap on the three bar menu button at the top right corner of the page
3. Tap on “Products List” in the options listed
4. Type in the name of the Product you wish to Reset in the search box provided
5. Tap on the Product when it appears
6. Scroll down and tap “Reset Quantity”, located at the bottom right corner of the page
7. Enter your 4 digit pin in the “pin” box provided
8. Tap “confirm” to proceed
9. Tap “continue” 

You have successfully reset the quantity of that product to Zero.

Repeat the process again if you want to reset more products.
