You may need to reset all the quantities of your products to zero (0) at once. Typically, this happens during stock audit or when you are trying to balance out your inventory.

To reset all the quantities of all products in your store and/or warehouse to zero (0) at once, please follow the steps below:

1. Please ensure you are signed in as a merchant (business owner).
2. Open the Shopkite Merchant app.
3. Go to Menu.
4. Scroll down to General and tap on it to expand.
5. Tap on Reset Quantity.
6. Select the store or warehouse quantity that you want to reset.
7. Tap on Reset Quantity and authenticate with your 4-digit PIN.
8. Hold on while the reset process is complete and you would have successfully reset the quantity.
