To move products across your stores (or branches) and warehouses, please follow these steps:

PS: Moving products across multiple stores work best when you use the duplicate products option when creating your subsequent stores.

1. Open the Shopkite Merchant app
2. Tap on the three bar menu on the top right corner of the page
3. You will notice two tabs - “Sent” and “Received” and the “Move Products” button.
4. Tap on “Move Products”
5. Scan or search for the products you want to move
6. Specify the quantity to be moved, minimum quantity, selling price and expiry date of the product you want to move
7. If you are moving more than one product, tap on the scan or search buttons at the bottom of the move products page. You will do this for as many products that you want to move
8. Tap on “Continue” and select the store you want to move the products to from your list of stores. This is the receiving store.
9. Select the staff who is to receive the products in the receiving store.
10. Type in any remarks if necessary. This is optional.
11. Tap on “Confirm” and validate your 4-digit PIN to complete the product move.



You have successfully initiated the product move to the receiving store.
