To refund a sale, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Shopkite Merchant app
2. Tap on the three bar menu button at the top right corner of the page
3. Under the Sales section, tap on Sales Record
4. Select your preferred duration from the "Time of sale" dropdown and tap on "View sales record".
5. Tap on the sale you want to refund, then tap on "Refund Sale"
6. Tick the products you want to refund and specify the quantity to refund
7. Tap on "Confirm Refund", and then "Make Refund".
8. You will need to put in your 4-digit code to confirm the refund.

You have successfully refunded a sale.

PS: Refunding a sale will add the quantities refunded back to the respective products.
