To check your pending sales:

1. Open the Shopkite Merchant app
2. Tap on the three bar menu button at the top right corner of the page
3. Scroll down to the bottom where you see a version number
4. Hold down the version number for 3 to 5 seconds

You will see the pending sales section.

It is important also to note that pending sales are only available on the device where the sale was made.
