How to reset your PIN:

1. Open the Shopkite Merchant app to the sign in page
2. Tap on "forgot your password?" 
3. Type in the eleven digit phone number you registered with
4. Then Tap "continue" 
5. An OTP pin will be sent you you via SMS
6. Type in the pin in the space provided for "Verification code"
7. Type in the new password you want to use
8. Tap "continue" 

You have successfully reset your password. Now you can go ahead and sign in with the new password.
