How to check my subscription status

To find out the current status of your subscription and view your next renewal date, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Shopkite Merchant app

  2. Tap on Menu - Stores - List of stores

  3. Tap on the "Subscribe" button at the bottom of the page.

  4. This will display the status of your subscription including your next renewal date.
